It’s bad enough that we beat ourselves up from the time we get up until bed. You know, how you start first thing in the morning, with…Why did I say that yesterday? …or….Why didn’t my boss select me for that position?….Whats wrong with me?…I should have gassed up the car last night…..I’m going to be late for the meeting and I look like a loser, walking past the mirror saying I look terrible…what happened to working out?…It’s February now for goodness sakes!…And on and on…..
The real kicker is when you take all that from the day and invite it into bed with you for the night. Like inviting a VERY bad date to spend the night with you. Ya’ll know what we’re talking about!
